results of our winter 2011 survey

Further to the satisfaction survey given to our clients on arrival last Winter, we were happy to observe the following results :

• More than 95% of the customers are satisfied or very satisfied with their stay
• More than 85% are satisfied or very satisfied of the value for money 

This heartwarming outcome is the result of our constant search for improvement to offer you happy holidays.
