• Widest possible range of office opening so as to answer as best your expectations and requests. At the moment : Monday to Saturday from 9.00 to 12.00 am and 2.00 to 6.00 pm.

GENERAL CONDITIONS :

The booking is firm when you receive your contract, made on reception of 25% at least of the global amount of the stay.
The balance of the stay must be paid at least 30 jours before arrival.  The balance is owed in any case if the booking is firm. For the inclusive "Skiez Malin" stay, only the rent corresponding to the apartment will be demanded in case of cancellation.
It is in the interest of the customer to get an insurance covering the rental risks and in case of cancellation for disease or accident.
The apartment keys are handed out between 3.00 and 7.00 p.m (2.00-6.00 p.m in the summer). Departure has to take place before 10.00 a.m. If the apartment is not vacated at 10.00 o'clock, one extra day will be charged each day of occupancy, with a minimum of half a day from 12.00 a.m the departure day.
There is no night service. In case of unannouced late arrival, the customer is kindly requested to organise his accomodation. The rental service is in no case responsible for it.
In case of departure before the opening hours, the inventory will be the one-sided check-up observed by the agency.
Un dépôt de garantie de 300€ sera demandé à la remise des clés, et restitué si l'appartement est rendu impeccable. Il sera renvoyé par courrier dans un délai de 7 jours, déduction faite des frais de ménage ou de remise en état du logement, s'ils n'ont pas été réglés au départ du client sur facture justificative.
Un seul animal est admis par logement, au tarif de 30€ par location.
Le séjour "Skiez Malin" est possible à partir d'au minimum deux personnes adultes. Les enfants de moins de 13 ans ne comptent pas pour le calcul du nombre de personnes.
Ne sont jamais inclus : le matériel de ski, les assurances annulation, les transports.
